Previously, as Director of Customer Support, Nick played a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with customers, focusing on risk mitigation, platform optimization, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
With over a decade of experience in industrial and packaging manufacturing, he brings deep expertise in systems integration and process improvement. Prior to joining Specright, Nick led transformative initiatives that increased efficiency, streamlined operations, and drove measurable business growth.

As Specright’s Education & Enablement Specialist, Jaypee Relleta empowers admins to maximize both Specright and Salesforce capabilities through comprehensive trainings and webinars. He also manages Spec Academy, ensuring Academia users have seamless access to the LMS courses they need. Before joining Specright in 2025, Jaypee spent three years providing Tier-2 technical support to EMEA Salesforce customers and served as a Salesforce Administrator for the world’s largest search engine.
