    Jeff Chen is a food scientist with 13 years of experience in the food industry. He currently works at Jack in the Box as a product and project manager, where he oversees commercialization of some of the new menu items, manages product quality, approves new suppliers and find cost saving opportunities. He also manages the quality systems for the company, ensuring compliance with product specification standards. Jeff is passionate about process improvement and strives to streaming processes for his colleagues. Jeff is current pursuing his Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management at University of San Diego. Outside work, he enjoys photography, traveling, and sound mixing for his church worship.

    Sr. Functional Implementation Consultant, Specright

    Matt is a software engineer and implementation consultant, and acts as the solution architect and technology lead for implementations of Specright. He holds degrees in Genetics and Earth and Planetary Science from Northwestern University and is passionate about sports, particularly baseball and college football.
