Johnathon Tran is an accomplished professional with 13 years of experience wearing a multitude of hats in Packaging, Data Management, Analytics, Lean Operations, Automation, and Project Management. As the Senior Engineering Manager for Fresh Meats Packaging Development & Enterprise Packaging Data at Tyson Foods, he leads efforts to optimize packaging designs and digital transformation.
Previously at Tyson Foods, Johnathon served as a Packaging Engineer, where he mitigated supply chain disruptions, led sustainability initiatives, and optimized packaging for automation. His career also includes engineering roles at Honda of America Manufacturing and Lockheed Martin, where he managed significant capital projects to implement new equipment and automation.
Johnathon holds a Master of Business Operational Excellence degree from THE Ohio State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas. He is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and trained in change management methodologies.
With a creative problem-solving approach and a bias for action, Johnathon excels in driving change and delivering results.

Prior to Specright, she led advertising and analytics at GE Digital, GE’s Industrial Internet software business. Before that, she was a consultant at Deloitte Digital working in enterprise digital transformation. Laura was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for marketing and advertising and Brand Innovators 40 Under 40 and 100 Women to Watch lists. She graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
