    This year, Nick will also lead Specright’s Admin Summit, a one-day event preceding the annual Product Summit, dedicated to building community and advancing the skills of Specright administrators.
    Previously, as Director of Customer Support, Nick played a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with customers, focusing on risk mitigation, platform optimization, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

    With over a decade of experience in industrial and packaging manufacturing, he brings deep expertise in systems integration and process improvement. Prior to joining Specright, Nick led transformative initiatives that increased efficiency, streamlined operations, and drove measurable business growth.
