Revision Management – Mass Revisions
The Mass Revision feature allows users to initiate revisions from any record in the Bill of Materials (BOM), either by versioning or replacing the initiating record, automatically updating all related BOM connections. This simplifies revision tasks and ensures data integrity across the entire product structure, reducing manual errors and time spent.
Spec Export Enhancements
This update improves Spec Export by adding custom page breaks, allows attachment of generated PDFs to files, enhances UI for related list records, and supports for rich text and checkbox fields in PDFs.
Specright Tasks – UX Enhancements
Specright Tasks now features a redesigned modal for task management, streamlining task dependencies, auto-adjusts schedules, and allows for progress tracking via interactive Gantt Charts.
FDA Enhancements – Data Import Email Summary & FEI Number Verification
Specright has added two new features to boost FDA compliance. These include the ability to receive email notifications for FDA data imports and to review FEI numbers for accuracy and easy data retrieval.
Exchange: Bids Enhancements
Updates to the Exchange feature includes splitting awards capabilities, better communication resources with suppliers, and an automatic bid comparison tool, allowing for more precise sourcing and visibility into supplier options.
Specright Files: Updated Related List Component
The Specright Files update allows users the option to upload new file versions directly from related lists, enhancing workflow efficiencies. Additionally, admins can now add filters to manage files more effectively by separating them into different lists as needed.
