What is Gold Support?

Gold Support includes 24/5 web and email support and self-help online resources. If you need additional support hours, you’ll need to contact your Account Manager.

How long does the implementation process take?

Your implementation timeline will be outlined and agreed upon during the Discovery phase of onboarding to align with your company’s priorities and resource availability.

How will our legacy data be migrated?

Legacy data from multiple systems can be migrated into Specright’s system in a variety of ways, including utilizing your internal resources, leaning on Specright’s Spec Squad, or contracting the work to external vendors. Each customer’s requirements will be identified during the onboarding process and the Specright Team will partner with you on the best path forward for data migration.

How can I gain access to some of the Advanced Modules?

You can gain access to our Advanced Modules once you have implemented one of our platform packages. Please reach out to your Account Manager for more information.

What if I need to add licenses?

You can purchase additional buckets of licenses (standard, admin, and external/partner) if the standard licenses for the packages don’t meet your company’s requirements.

What if I need to integrate with my ERP?
